The trial of six young men opens this Monday, October 3 before the Loiret miners' assize court, in Orléans.
They are accused of three separate episodes of violence, which occurred in March 2018, against a man aged 18 at the time of the facts, reports

The defendants were then between the ages of 16 and 20.
They will all have to answer for "torture and act of barbarism in assembly" and "arrest, kidnapping and confinement".
Among them, four will also be tried for "extortion with violence" and three for "theft aggravated by two circumstances".
A trial behind closed doors
Since his attack, the victim would be marked "psychologically and physically", according to his lawyer.
She had been recognized with an ITT (total incapacity for work) of less than eight days for two facts and another greater than eight days for two other facts.
The deliberation of the hearing, which is held behind closed doors, is scheduled for Thursday, October 6.
