According to the group members, discrimination against Russians and Russian speakers violates the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The signatory countries demanded that the governments practicing Russophobic policies stop the anti-Russian hysteria and the persecution of Russians and Russian-speaking people.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin compared the West's Russophobia with racism.
