[Explanation] Lin Dan, who was born in December 1948, is currently the Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Neighborhood Committee of Junmen Community, Dongjie Street, Gulou District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province.
As a community party secretary rooted at the grassroots level, she has successively won honorary titles such as the "July 1st Medal" and "National Outstanding Community Worker", and is also affectionately called "The Alley Prime Minister" by the people.
Lin Dan was one of the 41 delegates to the 20th Party Congress in Fujian Province.
A few days ago, the reporter visited Lin Dan in Fuzhou.
[Explanation] The Junmen Community was established in 1952. Entering the community, the roads are clean and the people live comfortably. The honors of the "national brand name" are even more dizzying.
Up to now, the Junmen community has won more than 180 collective honors.
[Explanation] At 5 pm, the "Sunshine Duoduo" child care center in the Junmen community became lively. Children were reading picture books and doing homework in their respective seats. Parents who were at work did not have to worry at all.
After the children have eaten and done their homework, parents can pick them up at 8 pm.
Lin Dan took the lead in establishing the first public and private child care center in Fuzhou, in response to the need for children to be taken care of after school in the afternoon, which are mostly dual-earner families in the community.

When the trusteeship was set up, of course, many people persuaded me to say, don't do this, it's risky, after the child is out of school, it's risky for you to take him here, so I want to say, do everything. Where there are difficulties and risks, as long as we work hard and can solve the worries of dual workers, I think we should give it a try.
It should be said that the children are here, happy, and the parents are relieved.
As long as a person works hard and does good things well, I don’t think we should be afraid of risks. Good people have a safe life, and the people’s evaluation of our community will also be high. Do more good things. This is a party member should not forget the original intention. Keep the mission in mind and do the best for the people's service work.
[Explanation] Over the years, Lin Dan has invested a lot of effort in strengthening the leading role of party building.
She initiated the establishment of a party building alliance, and pioneered a series of party building work brands such as "Lin Dan Party Representative Studio", "Part-time Party Committee Member System", "Auspicious Three Treasures" and "Love Student Aid".
She walks the streets and alleys every day to listen to the parents and write down the difficulties, chores, and troubles that residents are most concerned about, and find ways to help them solve them.
In Lin Dan's view, to do a good job in community work, you must take the affairs of the residents as your own.

[Explanation] From the old community with old houses, neighbor disputes, and frequent cases to the now-famous model homes, Lin Dan used the "hardship index" to exchange the "happiness index" for the masses.
From his 20s in full bloom to his 70s, Lin Dan has served the community residents all his life.
Lin Dan said that it is a great honor to be elected as the representative of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
