It is the sixth time that the WC in water slide has been decided and for the first time one of the sub-competitions takes place in Värmland.
It was both juniors and adults who settled at Sundstabadet about who gets to compete in the final which will be decided in Västerås later this autumn.
The penny all participants had to pay to participate went this year to Wateraid, an international organization that works to increase access to clean water in the world's poorest countries.
The competitions were held in the steepest of the water slides, Svarta fallet, which the fastest managed in just over 12 seconds.
