This was announced by the official representative of the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Novosibirsk region Irina Zebrova.
“As a result of operational-search activities, the FSB officers identified an unemployed resident of Novosibirsk, born in 1999, who, on the instructions of Western customers, searched for performers to set fire to the buildings of the military commissariats of the Novosibirsk Region,” RIA Novosti quoted her as saying.
She explained that the arson was supposed to be committed in order to intimidate the population, induce the inhabitants of the region to refuse to participate in the special operation.
A criminal case has been initiated under the article on attempted organization of a terrorist act.
The court chose a measure of restraint for the man in the form of detention for a period of two months.
Earlier it became known that in Novosibirsk they tried to set fire to the military registration and enlistment office with Molotov cocktails.
