The President of Russia informed the King of Bahrain about the signing of agreements on the admission of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions to Russia.
“It was also noted that the Russian side, in case the Kyiv authorities are interested, is ready to resume the negotiation process with them,” the message says.
Moscow also confirmed the invitation to the king to pay a visit to the Russian Federation.
On September 30, Russian President Vladimir Putin and the heads of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions signed agreements on the accession of these regions to Russia.
