Lindahl is now in the limelight after several center party members publicly said that they want to see her as the new party leader after Annie Lööf.

- I am happy and flattered, people have contacted me from all over the country.

I'm a little shocked, says Lindahl.

Helena Lindhal would like to point out that it is still a matter of an opinion that has been put forward - no nomination and that the nomination process should not be carried out via the media.

How do you feel about possibly being nominated for new party leader?

- I will take a position on that then and I will say that to the election committee, not to the media, says Helena Lindahl (C).

However, Lindahl says that she has begun to think about what it means to say that you want to run for the post of party leader.

On Thursday, the Center Party's parliamentary group presented the committee seats in the Riksdag for the coming term.
