Russian President Putin has annexed the territories of four occupied territories in Ukraine into Russia.
He again hinted at the possibility of using nuclear weapons, stating that he would protect Russian territory by all means.

] Russian President Putin signed a treaty to annex occupied territories in Ukraine into his own territory, declaring that "Russia has four new territories".
It refers to the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic and Lugansk People's Republic of eastern Ukraine, and Zaporiza and Kherson provinces in the south.

Putin continued, "Russia will do everything possible to defend its territory," and hinted at the possibility of using nuclear weapons again.
The sanctions against Russia are intended by the United States to control Europe, and the sophistication that "the United States claims to have an equal relationship while occupying Germany, Korea and Japan" was also presented.
Putin urged Ukraine to "immediately stop military action and return to the negotiating table".
Ukrainian President Zelensky said:
