Framtid Falkenberg remains with the continued support of KD

It seems to be a minority government where Framtid Falkenberg continues to be at the helm.

The Christian Democrats will remain in the Framtid Falkenberg coalition for the coming term.

The reason is that the Moderates could not muster a majority and could not come up with a better alternative either.

The Christian Democrats have a total of three mandates after the last election.

That is one mandate more compared to 2018.

More mandates this year

Even the Liberals, who have two mandates, lean towards remaining in Framtid Falkenberg.

Group leader Lars Fagerström confirms this for SVT Nyheter Halland.

Framtid Falkenberg consists of S, L, KD and MP.

In total, they have 27 mandates – an increase of three mandates from the previous election.

There are a total of 61 mandates in Falkenberg's municipal council.
