The US State Department called the results of the referendums "completely fabricated"

According to him, work on the introduction of new restrictions against Russia continues together with partners and allies of Washington.

He stressed that the American side will "never recognize" the results of the referendums.

Earlier, the deputy head of the administration of the Kherson region, Kirill Stremousov, said that the leadership of the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, the DPR and the LPR had arrived in Moscow.

According to him, the meeting in Moscow is being held to make a "historic decision."
