I am not happy when I leave your brotherly country but to express to Your Majesty my deepest thanks and appreciation for the feelings of affection and love that we and the accompanying delegation have experienced, and for the manifestations of interest, warmth and genuine hospitality that we were accustomed to from the Sultanate of Oman during my visit to my second country and among my family in the Sultanate. I had the pleasure of meeting Your Majesty and the cordial and fraternal conversations we exchanged, which expressed the depth of the relations that unite us.
