On September 26, 1992, the State Council decided to abolish Shanghai County and the former Minhang District and set up a new Minhang District, with the former Shanghai County and the former Minhang District as the administrative area of the new Minhang District.
On the occasion of "Standing at Thirty" in Minhang District, the original MV "Youth Minhang" was released at the same time.
The song adopts an AB-segment structure. It is a lyrical, euphemistic and heroic song. It reviews and praises the great changes and achievements of Minhang in the past 30 years of reform and opening up.
