According to him, we are talking about Ukrainian militants who were trained in foreign camps with Western instructors, primarily from the United States, Britain and Canada.

Rogov added that they "go to Zaporozhye to participate in hostilities," specifying that such military men are sharpened for sabotage, terrorist attacks and assault operations.
Earlier, Rogov said that the Ukrainian military could attempt an offensive in the Energodar region and its suburbs.
He also said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine keep plans to seize the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.
