According to the lawyer, the decision of the FSSP is in line with the policy pursued by the state to provide the "maximum amount" of social guarantees for mobilized citizens.

“Thus, all conditions are created so that a citizen can calmly and consciously repay his debt to the Motherland and fulfill his honorable constitutional duty,” Solovyov believes.

Earlier, the Federal Bailiffs Service of Russia announced that it would suspend the collection of debts from mobilized citizens.

The department clarified that citizens can apply for the suspension of debt collection directly at the recruiting offices of military commissariats.
