Park Hong-geun, floor leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, criticized the rebuttal related to the 'controversy of profanity' that emerged during the visit of President Yoon Seok-yeol, saying, "The president, who is a party to the investigation, is calling for the truth."

Park Hong-geun, floor leader, said this at the National Assembly floor countermeasure meeting today (27th) and said, "The ruling party started to visit the media as if waiting."

"There is a growing concern that President Yun's two-fold attitude could be a serious poison to the ROK-U.S. alliance," he said.

Regarding the so-called 'confidence of ideology' raised by the people's power earlier, Park said, "As the diplomatic disgrace caused by the president's speech was not covered with false explanations, the presidential office and the ruling party did not confirm the factual relationship, and they were accused of collusion with the opposition leader Amen and the media. Another distortion is being made."

He added, "As it was the president's mistake and false explanation, I hope that the president, the government, and the ruling party will no longer deceive the people with shameless rebuttals and frivolous manipulations, and apologize to the people a hundredfold now."

The Democratic Party plans to propose a proposal for the dismissal of Minister of Foreign Affairs Park Jin after a general meeting of the House of Representatives this afternoon.
