  At 8 a.m. that day, two explosions occurred near a pipeline that supplies water to the nuclear power plant's cooling system from the reservoir, the report said.

Experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency said that the structure and equipment of the nuclear power plant were not damaged, but the windows of the mechanical hall of the second generating unit were broken.

  The cause of the explosion is unknown and an investigation is underway, according to a senior nuclear plant operator.
