Driver Anub Badu, who lives in the southern Indian state of Kerala, won the first prize in the lottery earlier this month and became the owner of about 4.37 billion won in Korean money.

However, the happiness of winning did not last long.

As news of the winnings was reported in the news, strangers began to come to Anub.

The phone rang all day, and every morning strangers came to the house and cried and asked to share the winnings.

The lottery winner could request that their identity be not disclosed, but Anub didn't.

He eventually uploaded a video on social media urging him not to harass himself and his family.

He added, "I wish I hadn't won. It would have been better if I had finished third."

Anub's family is currently living in a relative's house on a temporary basis, and they are on the verge of moving again soon.

Netizens responded, "You should have left for a place that no one knew about earlier. I hope the situation will be sorted out."
