Law enforcement officers found the body of a suspect in one of the premises of an educational institution.

The Investigative Committee established the identity of the attacker, it turned out to be a native of this city, Artyom Kazantsev, born in 1988, who graduated from the same school.

From 26 to 29 September, mourning for the dead was declared in Udmurtia.
