A man who opposes the Ukrainian war mobilization order opened fire at a military mobilization center in Ust-Ilimsk, Irkutsk region, Siberia.



The head of the Military Mobilization Center was shot and seriously wounded, and Ruslan Brussels, 25, who fired the gun, was arrested at the scene.



In Russia, protests have been spreading since Putin ordered the partial mobilization of 300,000 reservists on the 21st.
