After announcing his resignation from his post as national secretary of Europe Ecology-The Greens and from the co-presidency of the environmental group in the National Assembly, the deputy denounced political instrumentalization and criticized his party.

He did not want to come himself in front of the press, convinced, according to one of his advisers, that his word was henceforth inaudible.
But Julien Bayou wants to defend himself from the suspicions of psychological violence weighing on him.
And it is through the voice of his lawyer, the renowned criminal lawyer Marie Dosé, that he replies, first of all targeting his accuser.

During the months following the breakup, the behavior of his ex-partner was, to say the least, fluctuating.
There have been successive episodes of tension, pressure, as well as threats

The facts alleged against Julien Bayou are not clearly known, no complaint has been filed and no judicial inquiry has been opened.
The case was revealed in July, when the internal cell of Europe Ecology-The Greens on sexual violence and harassment, was seized.
She took a new turn last week, when MP Sandrine Rousseau accused her of "
behaviour likely to break the moral health of women
", and explained that she had "
received for a long time " at her home a "
very depressed
" ex-companion .
".
She also said that "
they are obviously several
" to be affected by these behaviors.
Another side of the Bayou offensive: the European Ecology-The Greens committee on sexist and sexual violence.

On four occasions, Julien Bayou asked in writing to be interviewed by this cell, which was purely and simply refused to him,

Because these first two aspects draw, according to the Bayou camp, a political cabal.
