The beginning of the week will be rainy in several French regions, especially towards the English Channel which will rise in the rain.

The sky will remain mostly overcast and the weather rainy for almost all of the metropolitan territory.

Temperatures will remain mild, even cool.

Monday's weather will be marked by the arrival of a new rainy disturbance on the Channel coast in the morning, according to Météo-France forecasts.

Until midday, Roussillon, Languedoc and the PACA region will benefit from generous sunshine.

The Corsican sky will be a little more contrasted.

Further north, from Aquitaine towards Midi-Pyrénées, from Auvergne towards Limousin, from Poitou-Charentes towards the Center region, the morning mists will dissipate, giving way to a veil of high clouds.

North of an axis going from the Vendée to the Ardennes, the sky will be overcast, the weather rainy.

Precipitation will be more marked from the Belgian border towards Normandy.

Instability will always be in place in Lorraine, Alsace, Franche-Comté, the north of the Alps.

Mild temperatures for this early fall

In the afternoon, the rains will concern the regions ranging from the Ardennes to the Vosges mountains, Burgundy, northern Auvergne, Limousin, Poitou-Charentes and northern Aquitaine.

These precipitations will be a little more marked towards the north of this zone.

In the back, from the north of the Loire to the Ardennes, it is a regime of showers which will take place, under a sky alternating between timid clearings and frequent cloudy passages.

The sky will be loaded with high clouds from Languedoc-Roussillon to the PACA region.

The west to northwest wind will reach 60 to 70 km/h on the Channel coasts, it will weaken at the very end of the day.

It will also be sustained on the Mediterranean coast as well as on the Corsican capes, reaching 60 to 70 km / h or even 80 to 90 in the most exposed areas.

The minimum temperatures will be fairly uniform in the interior of the country, ranging between 7 and 10 degrees, between 11 and 13°C on the Atlantic coast and the Channel coasts, between 13 and 16°C on the Mediterranean coast.

The maximums will be between 15 and 20 degrees but will reach 22 to 24°C on the shore of the Big Blue.
