The Acqui Storia Prize was awarded to Andrea Romoli, correspondent of TG2, for the section La Storia on tv (together with Marco Mondini).
The recognition to Romoli and Tg2 is for the documentary "Il Milite Ignoto" which was broadcast in the historical column Tg2 Dossier.
"The recognition of Andrea Romoli's work on a theme, such as the Unknown Soldier, which recalls high ethical and moral ideals, referring to a fundamental page of the national history, is a source of great satisfaction", commented the director of Tg2, Gennaro Sangiuliano .
"It is even more significant that this award in the past has been awarded to great journalists, one for all Piero Angela", adds Sangiuliano.
