“Over the past three days, I have received complaints from residents of the region about how partial mobilization is going: in some cases, military registration and enlistment offices called in students, in some cases, representatives of professions important for the economy and the region.

Each complaint was personally worked out with the military registration and enlistment office, ”Gladkov wrote on Telegram.

The governor stressed that he keeps the situation under personal control.

Also, the governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, said earlier that the authorities are dealing with reports of cases when, as part of partial mobilization, citizens are called up who have not served in the army or have disabilities or confirmed diseases that do not allow them to serve.

According to the head of the Ministry of Defense Sergei Shoigu, “not some people who have never seen or heard anything about the army” are called up, but those who have served have a military specialty and combat experience.

Russian President Vladimir Putin also noted that only those men who are in the reserve, have served in the army, have certain military specialties and relevant experience are subject to conscription.
