As Razvozhaev explained, medical examinations are not carried out anywhere during mobilization, however, if a person has a disability or confirmed diseases, “he has no place in the army,” he must say this at the military registration and enlistment office and present certificates or require a medical examination.

“There are cases when those who have not even served in the military are called up to the first wave, such single signals also come.

We are dealing with this and will deal with everything,” the governor wrote on Telegram.

He recalled the hotline 122, which will help to leave specific complaints.

“We will definitely deal with those who were called by mistake.

I personally control problem situations,” he said.

On September 24, the head of the Human Rights Council, Valery Fadeev, urged the Ministry of Defense not to allow the “cane system” as part of partial mobilization, when military registration and enlistment offices call on people without a military specialty and combat experience.

Fadeev sent a letter about this to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.
