It was the Pentecostal movement that opened Saxnäsgården in Vilhelmina municipality in the early 90s.
At the time, the county council had a contract for the rehabilitation of patients with the hotel.
When that contract expired, the hotel was sold in various installments.
Now the property is for sale at a starting price of SEK 18 million.
- More and more money is required to run mountain hotels.
It is likely that some tourist group will take over.
But it is possible to run the mountain hotel even today, says Stefan Dillner, one of the four co-owners.
