“Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev has been appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, responsible for the logistics of the Russian Armed Forces,” the military department said in a Telegram message.
It is noted that Army General Dmitry Bulgakov was dismissed from the post of Deputy Minister of Defense in connection with the transfer to another job.
Previously, Mizintsev headed the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation.
