“The draft federal law proposes to establish for such citizens a one-time payment in the amount of 300 thousand rubles,” RIA Novosti quotes the text of explanatory materials to the draft law.

In addition, the document also provides for the exemption of those mobilized from paying interest on mortgages and consumer loans for the period of service, the payment of compensation for housing and communal services in the amount of 50%, exemption from property tax, benefits for children under three years old and benefits for the pregnant wife of the mobilized, compensation 50 % of OSAGO cost, etc.

The governor of Chukotka, Roman Kopin, said earlier that residents of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, called up as part of partial mobilization, would receive an additional lump sum payment of 300,000 rubles.

It was also noted that the period of service mobilized in Russia is planned to be counted as seniority.
