According to Météo France, the weather on Saturday will be heavily rainy in the southeast, Corsica and the North.

In the south-east, the weather will deteriorate markedly, the heavy, locally stormy precipitation will shift towards the PACA region in the morning until the end of the afternoon, where it will gradually cease with the return of sunny spells.

On the other hand, they will linger over Corsica throughout the day and evening, with significant accumulations, particularly on the west of the island.

Here too, thunderstorms will remain possible.

A rainy activity on the northwest

The northwest of the country will also experience marked rainy activity.

Over the west of Hauts-de-France and Normandy, the sky will be overcast and will bring sustained precipitation that can generate good accumulations and sometimes take on a stormy character.

Over the rest of the country, the sky will remain fairly cloudy and few regions will escape the showers.

They will be more numerous on the East facade in the morning, as well as on the South-West with in particular the Basque Country and the Pyrenees.

The south to southwest wind will be sensitive on Corsica, as well as the north wind on the Opal Coast.

Minimum temperatures will vary from 8 to 12 degrees, 13 to 16 degrees near the coast and on the Mediterranean arc, and up to 18 degrees in Corsica.

The maximum temperatures will drop sharply with 16 to 21 degrees in general, down to 23 to 25 degrees near the Mediterranean and in the Rhône valley.
