The voter turnout in the referendum in the LPR at 14:00 was 13.8%

“As of 14:00, 179,340 voters took part in the voting,” the Luhansk Information Center quotes her.

The head of the CEC specified that the turnout was 13.8% of those included in the voting lists. 

Earlier, the head of the public security department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR, Alexander Dryuchin, said that operational security headquarters were deployed on the territory of the republic to hold a referendum.
