A 15-year-old pedestrian seriously injured Thursday evening, mowed down by a car.
The facts occurred in Saint-Marcel-de-Careiret, a town in Gard located about fifty kilometers northeast of Nîmes.
Suffering from a head trauma, the teenager was transported in absolute urgency to the University Hospital of Nîmes.
A young man, also aged 15, who was walking alongside him was also hit by the car.
He was hospitalized in relative emergency.
He was taken to hospital in Bagnols-sur-Cèze.
