Over 80 girls gathered in Guldsmedshyttan's ice hall to try ice hockey, far more than the 30 the club had hoped for in advance.

The group was so large that the ice time had to be split into two - those who couldn't find a place had to be employed outdoors.

Those who were going out on the ice, on the other hand, were fully focused on the tasks they were given - and standing on their feet.

The meatball, jumping, riding on one leg, making "balloons", everything would be tested and with varied results.

The club already has a girls' team today, but wants to get more people to discover the sport, which historically was mainly played by boys.

In the clip, some of the girls talk about what they think about hockey and getting away from the boys for a while.
