It is still unclear whether the travelers who booked flights and hotels via the charter company Detur will be able to go on their holidays abroad or not.

During the day, Detur has made headlines about suddenly canceled trips and hotels that do not seem to have been paid by the charter companies, forcing travelers to pay double bills.

On Thursday afternoon, Örnsköldsvik Airport confirmed that tonight's trip to Crete, which Detur arranges, is cancelled.

Yesterday, Detur's trip from Östersund was also cancelled.

One of those who has already traveled with Detur to Alanya and who experiences the chaos on the spot is Jeanette Tjernberg, from Sundsvall.

"I don't want to cough up that money"

Jeanette has her return trip from Alanya booked for Saturday.

She is one of the travelers who has been asked to pay for the hotel she is staying at, even though she has already done so – to the charter company Detur.

- I get nervous, I don't have that money, or have and have, I don't want to cough up that money, she says to SVT Västernorrland.

She has been told several versions of what happened, hear her tell more about it in the clip above.

SVT has tried to get in touch with Detur's customer service, but the call is disconnected before we can get there.
