Shvydkoi confirms he will represent Russia at Abe's funeral in Tokyo

Russian Ambassador to Japan Mikhail Galuzin will also take part in the ceremony. 

“Mikhail Yuryevich Galuzin and I will represent Russia at Abe’s funeral, and we will give him the last honors,” Shvydkoy said. 

Earlier, the Japanese Foreign Ministry reported that Russia was expected to attend Abe's funeral with a special representative of the president, Shvydkoy.
