.

It was on August 29, 2019 that the 59-year-old murdered his 53-year-old younger sister while they were at the family home.

The accused fired a .22 long rifle into the victim's back.

The Advocate General put forward the premeditation requiring 30 years of imprisonment.

“A father, absent, without love”

The defendant's lawyer described a family with "a father, absent, without love" and "where the children do not talk to the parents at the table".

For his part, the eldest brother asked the court for “leniency”.

Unlike the Advocate General, the jurors retained the alteration of the discernment of the fifty-year-old.
