Yemen.. New Houthi attacks on Taiz and fighting crowds towards Marib and Al-Jawf

The Houthi militia continued its attacks on the western and eastern fronts of Taiz for the third consecutive day, as part of its quest to regain control of the roads and outlets linking the liberated areas and the temporary capital, Aden.

Military sources in Taiz stated that the militias launched sporadic attacks today on army and resistance positions on the eastern and western fronts of the city of Taiz.

The media center of the Taiz axis stated in a statement that the Houthi militia continued its violations of the UN truce on the various fronts of the Taiz military axis, pointing to the monitoring of 17 violations during the past hours, most notably the foiling of an infiltration attempt by the Houthis on the Al-Aqrud front, southeast of the city.

He confirmed that the axis, two soldiers were injured as a result of the militia's bombing of the army's positions on the eastern and northern fronts of the city, indicating the militias' continued use of military helicopters to monitor the army's movements on the various fronts of Taiz.

In Marib, the militias continued to send reinforcements and combat crowds to the fronts west, south and northwest of the governorate, with the aim of encircling the liberated areas, and preparing for future attacks with the support of military helicopters that appeared in abundance in the skies of the areas under the control of the militias recently.

In Al-Jawf, local sources confirmed that the militias sent large reinforcements to the Al-Labanat camp, east of the city of Al-Hazm, the provincial capital, and another towards Bir Al-Maraziq and the Al-Alam front, adjacent to the Marib Governorate from the northeastern side.
