a speech to the UN General Assembly, US President Biden criticized North Korea for blatantly violating UN sanctions.

He urged Russia and China to stop the nuclear threat and development of nuclear weapons.

US President Biden started his speech and aimed directly at Russian President Putin.



He denounced the invasion of Ukraine as a very blatant war of one man's choice and even threatened with a nuclear attack on Europe.

also said that Russia's food and fertilizer exports are permitted regardless of Western sanctions .

They pressured that we could end this global food crisis.



He has also been straightforward about his position on the US-China competition.



He said he does not want a conflict with China, nor a Cold War, and emphasized that he is not asking any country to choose between the United States or the other.

hide his concerns about China's nuclear program.

Despite its efforts, North Korea has been criticized for continuing to be in blatant violation of UN sanctions.



President Biden said there is no winner in a nuclear war and urged all countries to strengthen their nuclear non-proliferation regime through diplomacy.
