“The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia officially declares that this published scan of the alleged instructions of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is fake, and the information contained in this “document” is false,” reads a message on the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Media.
A scan of the fake document states that they will allegedly stop vehicles driven by men and send them to representatives of the military registration and enlistment offices after checking the documents.
Earlier, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu instructed to start implementing the decree on partial mobilization.
