In addition, the survey revealed that about two-thirds of Arab youth choose the UAE in the first place to live in, for the 11th year in a row, surpassing countries such as the United States, Canada, France and Germany, and these young people want their countries to follow the example of the Emirates.

The poll, conducted by ASDA'A BCW for the 14th year, showed that the popularity of the UAE this year as a preferred place to live reached its highest levels since the survey began asking a question in this regard in 2012;

37% of respondents chose the UAE as their preferred country to live, followed by France and the United States.

The survey covered 50 Arab cities in 17 countries, noting that the attractiveness of the UAE spreads across the Middle East and North Africa, with its selection by 51% of the youth of North African countries;

The UAE also came as the first choice for youth in Eastern Mediterranean countries (57%), followed by Canada (31%), and the preferred country to live for 63% of GCC citizens, followed by the United States (19%).

ASDA'A BCW, which implemented the survey in cooperation with ADS Research and Consulting, stated that the survey sample included 3,400 personal interviews with Arab young men and women aged between 18 and 24 years in 50 cities across 17 Arab countries during the period from 13 From May to 16 June, the sample of participants was distributed equally between both sexes.

The results of the survey show that the percentage of optimism about the future was the highest among the youth of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, where 87% of them believe that their future days are better, and about two-thirds of young Arab men and women (61% in North African countries and 45% in Eastern Mediterranean countries) expressed their optimism about the future. .
