“This became clear already in March, when Moscow and Kyiv came close to reaching agreements between themselves.
This turn of events clearly frightened the Americans and the British, and they actually forbade Ukraine to conduct further dialogue with Russia, ”said the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
Since that time, according to Lavrov, Kyiv no longer moves towards the negotiation process.
Earlier, the Kremlin said that the subject of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine could be how Moscow's conditions would be met.
