He stressed that the Dubai Police General Command is proud of its distinguished human resource, which achieves qualitative achievements in the level of professional performance, pointing out that women in Dubai Police have been able to be present in various fields and disciplines, including difficult fields, which were the preserve of men, to prove their ability to give. Work efficiently and effectively.

He added that the joining of a women's team to work in the management of the command and control center for the first time is one of the aspects of empowerment and presence for women in Dubai Police, praising the care and full support of the Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, Lieutenant-General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, in this aspect.

In turn, Brigadier Turki bin Faris praised the level of the female personnel who joined the Dubai Police Command and Control Center, stressing that their tasks require a high level of mental and organizational abilities and skills, intelligence and a high sense of security, noting that they were able to reach through training and qualification by the officers of the command center.
