Earlier, the consular information portal of the Russian Foreign Ministry reported that the issuance of foreign passports valid for 10 years is temporarily suspended from August 26.
The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, explained the temporary suspension of the issuance of foreign passports for ten years solely by the need to carry out technical work in the system.
