Earlier, the mayor of Donetsk, Aleksey Kulemzin, said that 13 civilians were killed as a result of a Ukrainian military strike on the Baku Commissars Square in the Kuibyshev district of the city.
According to the head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, the Armed Forces of Ukraine deliberately fired at places where civilians congregate: at a public transport stop, a store, and a bank.
