In recent years, Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools has played an active role in alleviating the obstacles to studying abroad caused by the epidemic, with a cumulative enrollment of nearly 10,000 people.

Studying in China has introduced a series of policies and measures in promoting system construction, implementing quality assurance, strict admission standards, standardizing training management, and strengthening the work of graduates studying in China.

In the 2020-2021 academic year, the registered international students come from 195 countries and regions, accounting for 76% of the degree students, an increase of 35 percentage points compared with 2012.

  Liu Jin said that since the Ministry of Education launched the International Industry-University-Research Cooperation Conference in 2018, it has attracted more than 14,000 experts and scholars from more than 70 countries to participate in the conference, and carried out more than 2,300 "one-to-one" scientific research cooperation between departments and experts. Mentors have jointly trained more than 4,000 graduate students.

Under the framework of the people-to-people and cultural exchange mechanism, educational brand projects such as the Sino-US Youth Maker Competition, the Sino-Russian University Alliance, the Sino-British Sino-French Hundred Schools Exchange, and the Central-South (Africa) Vocational Education Alliance have been formed.
