Dibba Al-Fujairah Municipality revealed the resolution and treatment of 153 complaints from consumers in the city and its affiliated areas, which are about the high prices of goods and products, noting that it has seized shops that manipulate prices and refuse to issue invoices to consumers.

The Municipality Director, Engineer Hassan Al-Yamahi, stated that the Commercial Licensing Department and the Consumer Protection Department were able to issue 32 warnings and violations against owners of commercial activities, due to commercial fraud and the sale of counterfeit and counterfeit goods at a price contrary to the original price, in addition to refraining from issuing purchase invoices to consumers and making purchases without permission. He stressed that 1,194 counterfeit and fraudulent goods were confiscated, including vehicle spare parts, oil and air filters, pointing out that protecting consumers and combating all types of commercial fraud in the markets is one of the main priorities that the municipality cares about, stressing the importance of everyone's commitment to the announced prices, not raising prices and exploiting the public.
