  Most of the affected Japanese flights are departures and arrivals from Kyushu and Shikoku regions. 454 Japan Airlines, 316 All Nippon Airways, and 51 Asian Skynet Airlines were suspended, and about 84,000 people were blocked.

  In terms of railways, the entire Kyushu Shinkansen in Japan will be suspended, the Hiroshima-Hakata section of the Sanyo Shinkansen will be suspended throughout the day, and the Tokaido Shinkansen between Nagoya and Shin-Osaka will be suspended in the afternoon.

Especially in the Kyushu area, many transportation agencies were in chaos, affecting about 78,000 people.

  In addition, there are 27 local express bus routes in Kyushu, and about 751 trips have been suspended.

Local buses in Kagoshima Prefecture, airport shuttle buses, public buses on Amami Oshima Island, and trams in the city are suspended throughout the day.

All Miyazaki Expressway buses are suspended.
