The club may have electricity costs of over one million kroner for 2022, which in that case is more than three times more than for 2020.

Call to save

KTK is now looking for all opportunities to save on electricity in the 5,200 square meter hall.

Management urges staff and members to keep track and help.

- It can be anything from turning off lights that are burning unnecessarily to shortening shower times.

We plan to close the sauna for the time being, says Carl Enlund, who is a trainer at the club.

Newly built padel hall

During the pandemic, KTK expanded its operations with, among other things, a padel hall.

They have also recently hired another padel coach.

Is there a risk that you may be forced to close?

- It can be tough if it continues like this, but we haven't gotten there yet.

We want to keep our price levels as they are, but it may be difficult in the long run, says Carl Enlund.
