Alberto Genovese, a former web entrepreneur accused of having raped two models with a mix of cocaine and ketamine, was sentenced to eight years and four months: one of 18, during a party on the 10th. October 2020 in her penthouse in front of the Milan Cathedral (called "Terrazza Sentimento"), the other - aged 23 - a guest in a luxury villa in Ibiza the previous July.
This was decided by the judge for the preliminary hearing in Milan, Chiara Valori, in the trial with an abbreviated procedure.
Also sentenced to 2 years and five months, ex-girlfriend Sarah Borruso, accused in the case of Ibiza.
The judge therefore recognized all the charges contested by the prosecutors.

The judge also granted a provisional payment of 50 thousand euros to the 18-year-old, who had suffered violence after the party at Genovese's house in October 2020: the girl's lawyer had asked for compensation of over 1.96 million euros.
For the first case, that of the abuse of an 18-year-old, the defense of the former entrepreneur had asked to recognize the semi-insanity and, consequently, a minimum sentence.
A consultation - and Genovese's own statements - in fact, had focused heavily on the abuse of cocaine by the 45-year-old, which gave rise to parties based on drugs and sex, and also on his mental disorders.
For the second case of violence, the one that took place in Ibiza, the lawyers Luigi Isolabella and Davide Ferrari, instead, had asked for acquittal for the non-existence of the fact.
Acquittal which had also been requested by the defense of Borruso, who she had told of having been "in love and succubus" of Genovese, but never having committed sexual abuse.
