At the reception, President Yun met Charles III and offered his condolences.



British Prime Minister Liz Truss and US President Joe Biden also had talks with leaders of major countries.



The originally planned Korean War Veterans Memorial wreath and Queen Elizabeth II tribute were canceled due to local traffic conditions in London.



Earlier, President Yoon received a report on typhoon 'Nan Madol' on a plane coming to England and ordered thorough preparation.



He refrained from making an official response to Japanese media reports that the possibility of a South Korea-Japan summit meeting was unclear.



A high-ranking official in the presidential office reaffirmed the previous position that they would meet in fact, saying that they would not confirm the fact of holding the summit or comment on the progress of the summit.



President Yun attends the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II at Westminster Abbey tonight.
