Earlier, the Supreme Court of the Lugansk People's Republic sentenced OSCE employee Dmitry Shabanov to 13 years in prison for high treason.
In April, the Ministry of State Security of the Luhansk People's Republic reported that it had detained two members of the OSCE SMM Luhansk team on suspicion of treason.
Later, one of the detainees admitted to passing data to foreign intelligence agencies.
