"We hope that this bill will also provide for a model for the legalization of captured or found weapons," RIA Novosti quoted Bondarenko as saying.

According to him, if a person legally received a weapon that was not in the ownership of the Ukrainian state, then he should have the right to keep it.

He added that the main condition is the absence of a criminal trace from the weapon.
